Me and my horse Frosty

Ok, I'm a lazy book reader. Much rather sit in front of my computer and have my computer read for me.  Roll Eyes

But one of the very few books I've actually read from cover to cover was a book by Monty Roberts, called the man who listens to horses. Think that was the title. It doesn't have much training tips in it, is more just the life story of Monty Roberts.

Though I enjoyed his book very much, I'm not one of his biggest fans. His an excellent horseman and his techniques work very well, but I've always found that he don't explain what he is doing very well. The result is that people don't understand it and get a dislike in his methods. Though I use some of his techniques, I prefer not to mention his name, since several times by mentioning his name I got the response of, oh no, don't do that to my horse.

I read one Monty Robert book- I think it's the same one. It's really nice. I'd rate it four out of five.
