At the moment I'm allowing guests to post in any board, except "Off topic" But note that posts by guests can at any time be Deleted!

As a member, your post will be less likely to be removed from the board. As you all probably seen by now, I would like to keep this forum as open as possible.

Once the number of posts by a regular member exceeds 250 he can request consideration for VIP status, just PM me. A VIP member can initiate polls on any of the boards, except in forum Announcements. Members who try to bloat posting figures by posting short, non saying posts, will not receive VIP status and the decision of the administrators are final. VIP status can also be removed at any time if a VIP member abuse his rights, once again decision is final.

VIP members can store 75 private messages, while newbies can only store/keep 10 private messages, Jr. Member - 20, Full Member - 30, Etc.

Members still classified as Newbie, will not be able to post in the Off Topic category. This is just a precaution to prevent people from joining only to post all sort of junk in the off topic board. Needless to say, non-horse related topics in the rest of the forum will be deleted too.

This is an open forum, yes, but it is open too horse people and horse related subjects such as, breeds, tack, shows, etc, but also more indirect subjects such as the weather, seeding of grass, etc. As long as there is somewhere some sort of connection with horses, no matter how small.

Once a member reach 15 post he/she will no longer be classified as a newbie and he/she will have posting rights on the off-topic board.

Any posts made in the off-topic board will not count toward a members post count.

At the moment I'm allowing guests to post. That is to increase the amount of posts in the forum, thus increasing the forum's rating on search engines, thus increasing traffic to the forum and hopefully getting more members. So GUESTS, be warned, your posts will be promptly deleted if not related to the topic, board or category posted in. Guests will also not be able to post in the off-topic category.

VIP status are still available and anyone can be assigned VIP status by me. However, I've set an automated system in place that will automatically increase privileges based on post count.

0 - 14 posts Newbies - can't do anything fancy.
15 - 149 Jr. Member - Can add an avatar to profile.
150 - 749 Full Member - Can change other members Karma and create Polls on own topics.
750 - 2499 Sr Member - View who is online, add polls to any topic and remove own polls
2500 + Grand Master - Can Edit or lock their own polls, also move or lock their own posts.
